Well,
after much careful consideration, I decided that the best way
to help those who really need and want it, and without putting an unreasonable
drain on my time, was to create a private, members only, paid community within the existing community where I can focus my attention closely. And the tools to best facilitate a community like this are regular members only Deal Maker Webinars and a Personal Questionbank where you can send your questions directlty to me. In these environments I believe I can help the greatest number of good people and at the lowest cost to you. There's nothing like regular brainstorming sessions with your mentor, friends and fellow Real Estate Entrepreneurs to keep you on track with your business and your goals. If you have been to one of my Boot Camps you surely remember how powerful it was, and not just the information and presentation,
but the combination of that and the camaraderie and brainstorming with the other students. It was the whole experience! Now you can relive that pure power on a regular basis.
But perhaps, you think, your local Real Estate Investors Club will allow you to accomplish the same thing. Well I believe, as you know, that we should all be involved with our local club if there is one. The challenge is that the people there don't all speak the same language - to put it nicely. Here in the Inner Circle we all speak the same language.
Here's a 14 minute audio clip from a recent call. The person who sent the question wasn't even in attendance, which is OK because you have the ability to listen later, by streaming audio, anytime it fits your schedule. (More on that later.) Most folks who send in questions are on the call of course, but because of the streaming audio, I encourage members who are unable to attend to send their questions anyway.
This is an example of deal structuring that we do on the call and the creativity that flows is a big reason to be on every call. Creativity = Cash. Be ready to take some notes and give it a listen.

I just wanted to write you a quick thank you for your guidance on one of my deals.
We called in on one of the conference calls several weeks ago and you urged us to raise the asking price of the house we were selling by $5,000.
Well we raised the price and found a buyer who happily put a $15,000 cash down payment on the house. We still have another $13,000 profit built in when he cashes us too.
By the way, with the extra $5,000 profit, we'll be able to pay our annual Inner Circle dues for many, many years to come. It's money very well spent.

I just joined the inner circle and attended my first conference call. I really enjoyed it, and I can see that it will be a great resource for me in the months to come (I signed on for the whole year deal!). I learned a great deal not only from the call, but the online chat afterwards.
I especially appreciated the way you showed consideration for us "newbie" investors by re-directing the conversation (more than once) away from some fairly esoteric issues and back toward a broader, more "novice friendly" line of questioning. That impressed me, as I can only presume you would much rather be answering the more interesting questions you haven't already answered a thousand times.
I have yet to do a RE deal, mostly because I still feel I have so much to learn. However, I am committed to doing what's necessary to position myself for success. This includes, of course, joining the inner circle and furthering my education. I am somewhat hampered by my complete lack of knowledge and experience in RE, but that's part of the fun & fascination with it. I enjoy stretching my comfort envelope, and wanted to get into something completely fresh and new!
